This frame tutorial is done for PSP 8 but will work in other versions as well.
Supplies needed: Toadies "What are you?" Zipfile download HERE
Greg's Factory Zipfile download HERE
Unzip and place in your PSP Plug-in Filter folder.
My Goldpattern, and a graphic I made from a tube from

1.Open up the Woman tube.

2. Image - Add Borders 2 pixels symmetric with the color #000000.

3. Use Magic Wand - Tolerance and Feather 0 and click on the border.

4. Floodfill with the Goldpattern with these settings.

5. Add a Drop Shadow : Vertical Horizontal 2  Opacity 49 Blur 3.00 color #000000.

6.Same Drop Shadow again but change Vertical and Horizontal to -2.

7. Image - Add Borders 40 pixels symmetric with the color #B49897

8. Use Magic Wand - Tolerance and Feather 0 and click on the border.

9. Effects - Toadis - What are you? 20 - 20

10. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen More .

11. When still selected. Effects - Greg's Factory - Pool Shadow with the setting like below.

Select none.

12. Image - Add Borders 2 pixels symmetric with the color #000000.

13. Use Magic Wand - Tolerance and Feather 0 and click on the border.

 13. Floodfill with the Goldpattern with same settings like before.

15. Add a Drop Shadow : Vertical and Horizontal 2 Opacity 49 Blur 3.00 color #000000.

16. Same Drop Shadow again but change Vertical and Horizontal to -2.

If you want to resize it use Image Resize with the setting Bicubic resample.
