This tutorial is written for PSP 7 but will work in other versions as well.
For this tutorial you will need my sunflower tube HERE and the font Inspiration HERE
Open a new image with the background color white 430x430
You can crop it when you are finish.
Open the sunflower tube. Edit copy - edit past as a new layer on your white image.
( Minimize the sunflower tube )
Then Effects, Artistic Effects -Chrome with these settings...



Effects - 3D Effects Drop Shadow with these settings...
Vertical 1 Horizontal 5 Opacity 46 Blur 4,9

Open up the sunflower tube. Image resize 60% - sharpen.
Edit copy, edit past a new layer on your working image.
Put it in the center of the image.
Effects - 3D Effects Drop Shadow with these settings...
Vertical 1 Horizontal 5 Opacity 46 Blur 4,9 color #404040
Layer merge all.

Add your name. Background color #424242 Foreground closed.
Size 36 and the same drop shadow like before.

Crop the image!
