This tag tutorial is done for PSP 8 but will work in other versions as well.
Supplies needed:
My own flower and words tubes, and a tube from
http://www.tempodeart.com

1.Open up the three tubes.

2.Open a new transparent image 500x400

3. Set Foreground color to #8D95CE and Background color to #FDFDFE

4.Set Foreground Styles box to Gradient with the following settings:

5. Flood fill with Gradient.

6. On the flowersinhair tube/pspimage - Edit Copy - Edit Past a new layer on your working image.
and move it to the right like my image.

7. Layer Palette - Blend Mode - Luminance(L).

8.Now you take the flower tube/pspimage an Edit Copy - Edit Past as a new layer on your working image.

9. Layer Palette - Blend Mode - with these settings...

10. Image - Add Borders 2 pixels symmetric with the color #000000.

11. Use Magic Wand - Tolerance and Feather 0 and click on the border.

12. Floodfill with the color #8D95CE.

13. Add a Drop Shadow : Vertical and Horizontal 1 Opacity 66 Blur 2.50 color #000000.

14.Same Drop Shadow again but change Vertical and Horizontal to -1. Select none.

15. Image - Add Borders 40 pixels symmetric with the color #000000

16. Use Magic Wand - Tolerance and Feather 0 and click on the border.

17. Floodfill with the Gradient with the setings...Angle 180 Repeats 1.

18. With the border still selected...Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise withe these settings...

Select none.

19. Image - Add Borders 2 pixels symmetric with the color #000000.

20. Use Magic Wand - Tolerance and Feather 0 and click on the border.

21. Floodfill with the color #8D95CE.

22. Add a Drop Shadow : Vertical and Horizontal 1 Opacity 66 Blur 2.50 color #000000.

23.Same Drop Shadow again but change Vertical and Horizontal to -1. Select none.

24.Open words tube/pspimage. Edit Copy - Edit past as a new layer like I did on the image.

Add your name or watermark and save as jpg.

If you want to resize it use Image Resize with the setting Bicubic resample.
